A newer master-planned suburb north of Kellyville, growing rapidly through the 2010s as land was released for project-home builders. Mostly modern brick homes on planned streets, with the new North Kellyville Square shopping centre as the social anchor. Suits young families who want a brand-new house at sub-Castle-Hill prices with M1 Metro within walking distance of much of the suburb.
