The western residential half of Lane Cove, sitting between the Lane Cove River and Epping Road. Mostly post-war brick homes on bigger blocks than the eastern side, plus Lane Cove West Public School and several pockets of light industry near Mowbray Road. Suits families wanting more land for the same money as Lane Cove proper, willing to trade the village walk for car-based shopping.
