- Yes. English, Cantonese and Mandarin are spoken across our team, and each agent's profile lists their languages. Inspections, negotiations, contract explanations and ongoing property management can all be handled in Chinese.
- Which areas of Sydney do you cover?
- We're headquartered in Chatswood and work across Greater Sydney, with particular depth in Chatswood, the North Shore and Sydney's northern suburbs. For new developments we represent projects across the wider metropolitan area.
- Can you help overseas or newly arrived buyers?
- Yes — a large part of our work is with overseas Chinese-speaking buyers and new arrivals. We guide you through the Australian buying process end to end, including the steps that apply specifically to foreign buyers (such as FIRB approval, which your solicitor or conveyancer lodges), and we can inspect and report on properties before you arrive.
- Do you manage rental properties for Chinese-speaking owners?
- Yes. We provide full property management — tenant screening, leasing, repairs and maintenance, and monthly statements — and can communicate with you in Cantonese or Mandarin throughout.
