About The Parisian

The Parisian is a collection of 29 architecturally designed townhomes at 38 Kathleen Avenue, Castle Hill, developed by Bridgewell Development with SLD Building & Construction and designed by Nordon Jago Architects. Three and four-bedroom homes are arranged in four rows along an established, leafy street opposite the Hills Showground precinct. Drawing on the classic residences of Paris, the homes open through island kitchens to private terraces and deep grassed gardens. Kitchens pair stone benchtops with full-height Polytec Prime Oak joinery in a Woodmatt finish, alongside Miele appliances. Every townhome comes with double parking, most with internal access and a private storage room; several add a versatile office or media room, and a select few their own private lift. Hills Showground Metro station is a stroll across the road, putting Castle Towers one stop away and Chatswood 17 minutes by Metro. The adjoining Showground masterplan will add more than 10,000 sqm of new retail, commercial and community space around the station.
