About Laurel

Laurel is a boutique collection of eight townhomes at 14-16 Penshurst Street, Willoughby, on Sydney's Lower North Shore. Each residence offers the space and presence of a freestanding house with the low-maintenance, security and privacy benefits of an apartment — three and four bedroom homes of 202 to 371 square metres, every one serviced by a private lift across all levels and set above a basement with a double lock-up garage, ample storage and a full laundry. Designed by Archian, Laurel contrasts classic and modern materials bound together by lashings of greenery, so it feels new yet familiar. A striking architecturally designed staircase centres each home, while oversized floor-to-ceiling glazing draws natural light and fresh air into living and kitchen spaces that open onto peaceful verdant courtyards and gardens. Kitchens are finished with a waterfall Calacatta island benchtop that continues into the dining table, alongside Miele gas cooktop, oven and dishwasher. Bathrooms pair full-sized bathtubs with oversized frameless rainfall showers, Calacatta vanity tops and matte black tapware.
