About Chatswood Grand Residences

Chatswood Grand Residences rises as two equal 35-storey towers in the heart of the Chatswood CBD, a short walk from Westfield, Chatswood Chase and The Concourse and from Chatswood station's rail and Metro interchange — nine minutes to Barangaroo, fifteen to Central. The current release spans levels 7 to 33, from 1.5-bedroom apartments to 3.5-bedroom residences, alongside two-storey live/work apartments that pair a ground-level workspace and terrace with a self-contained studio above. A landscaped podium gives the towers their resort character: a pool and onsen spa, sauna and steam room, an outdoor gym and a yoga and tai chi deck, open lawns and social seating pods, and a barbecue terrace positioned to catch the westerly sunsets. An on-site childcare facility sits alongside. Apartments are fully electrified and served by rooftop solar, with double glazing, 2.7-metre ceilings and ducted air conditioning, finished in one of two schemes — the light Platinum Mist or the darker Obsidian Night — and Bosch appliances as standard. Billbergia, which has been creating communities for more than 35 years, is developing the project in joint venture with Metrics Credit Partners, with architecture by PBD and landscape design by LANDFX. Completion is expected in 2028.
