We are part of the NSW government public education system. Known locally as 'The Bush School', our site includes an ancient blue-gum high forest.
We are located in Sydney's leafy north shore area. The school has a distinct and positive identity as a local public school.
Students access excellent facilities, including swimming pools, dedicated Information and Communications Technology labs and music rooms, a large outdoor amphitheatre and an expansive hall. We offer quality teaching in a learning environment where creativity and critical thinking are valued.
The school partners with other local schools and academic mentors to create a dynamic professional learning environment for teachers. It strives to ensure its students are engaged and take ownership of their own learning through innovative programs.
Excellent academic results, sporting success and extensive creative arts programs contribute to the school's outstanding reputation in the local area. The school offers specialised programs in music, Information and Communication Technologies and enrichment.
The band and choir programs are very strong with the majority of senior students participating in a number of bands and choirs. The school provides positive student wellbeing programs that focus on student responsibility, cooperation, achievement and citizenship.
A very positive and productive relationship with its parent community enable the school to work in partnership to achieve positive outcomes for the students.
