About Hurlstone Agricultural High School
Hurlstone Agricultural High School in Glenfield is one of two fully selective agricultural high schools in NSW (the other being James Ruse). Founded in 1907, the school operates a 153-acre working farm on its grounds while delivering an academic curriculum with an agricultural specialism. Students are admitted by the NSW selective high school placement test and the school offers boarding facilities for senior students from rural NSW. Consistently strong HSC results, particularly in agriculture, biology and chemistry.
