About SENSO

SENSO is a five-building masterplanned residential development at 242-244 Beecroft Road, Epping, created by award-recognised builder-developer DASCO with architecture by Turner Studio. Conceived to feel less like an apartment block and more like an exotic luxury resort, it draws inspiration from the world's finest holiday destinations to bring a permanent holiday-like feeling to everyday life. Stage 1 - buildings C, D and E ("Haven") - is targeting completion in Q1-Q2 2028, with Stage 2 (buildings A and B) to follow in Q3-Q4 2028; Building E, Haven, is currently selling. At its heart is an all-encompassing, multi-generational lifestyle club curated so residents can live their best life without leaving home.
