About The Anderson

The Anderson is a striking residential tower rising on Anderson Street in the heart of Chatswood, a collaboration between developers Huirong Group and Changfa Group with architecture by AJC. Its sculptural form pairs deep, curved balconies with a gold-toned vertical spine, set above a brick retail podium that activates the street. Inside, a collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments — including adaptable layouts — is finished with a choice of light and dark kitchen schemes and framed to capture district views. Residents enjoy on-site amenity including a gymnasium and dining, with secure parking below. Positioned moments from Chatswood's rail and metro interchange, major shopping and dining, The Anderson places one of the Lower North Shore's most connected town centres at the door — a sophisticated address that reads as a landmark on the Chatswood skyline.
